Let's start with the initial call - I contacted the office and received a straightforward quote without any wasted time. The manager was polite and professional. On the move date, the movers arrived on time. The move was efficient and didn't take long, thanks to the crew's hard work and organization. These guys were incredible. I used them to move my daughter from her apartment to storage, and then again from storage to her new apartment. They arrived promptly and were careful with the items being moved. Absolutely nothing was damaged. They were upfront with their pricing and there were no surprise charges after the move. We only need storage for 8 days, and they provided it without us having to worry about wha to do with the items for the 8 days. I will not even consider another moving company if I ever have to use a mover again.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail while moving; reasonably priced, no hidden fees, and great bedside manner. I moved Alexandria to Chicago. Started with one FaceTime to take a look at the amount of items, didn’t bother me with multiple calls or emails while I took my time with decisions. Highly recommend!

Simple negotiations with Mura, fair competitive pricing, and transparent! He discussed the contract, confirmed the day before, checked in twice (via phone) the day of the move, and honored the details of the move and his workers. Jeremy, Berik, and Denard (movers) were on time, thorough, professional, wasted no time, took apart and put everything back together - no issues, and made certain we were satisfied with their work.
